This vacation rental home is located in Waterville Estates in the town of Campton the the Waterville Valley area.
Come exeperience the White Mountains in our private four season home located in the resort of Waterville Estates. . Three floors of living space, tree top decks with seasonal mountain views, open concept with cathedral ceilings and lots more! Private, outside hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Have dinner on the deck and listen to the brook as it rushes by just below the house.
This house works well for extended family with 3 levels of living space and a bonus family room.

Living Room
Our living room is open to the dining area and kitchen. It has a big secreen TV, dvd player and home theatre system. Two sofas and one loveaseat accomadates a large group. Triple sliding glass doors lead to a large tree top deck.
Kitchen
Our well equipped kitchen can save you a bundle if you want to eat some of your meals at home. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker. There is plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glassware and flatware serving 10 or more. The kitchen is open to the dingina rea and living room so the cook can interact with the family. A breakfast bar is great for a quick snack.
Dining Room
The Dining area is open to the kitchen and living areas. It has a pine oval table that seats 8 with addtional seating at the breakfast bar. Large windows provide seasonal mountian views to gaze at while dining.
Master Bedroom
Located on the mid level this bedroom has a queen size bed with soft sheets, cozy quilts and down comforter. This room has an adjoining room set up with a daybed and trundle. This room is great for families with young children that need to be close to parents. This room may also be closed off from the master suite and used as a separate bedroom for adults. Sliding glass doors lead to the middle deck with adirondack chairs, a great place to escape with a book.
Bedroom #3
This bedroom adjoins the master suite and is great for families with young children. It has a day bed with trundle and can sleep 2. The room can also be closed off from the master suite and used for adults. It has sliding glass doors to a large deck with adirondack chairs. A peaceful space to listen to the sounds of nature.
Bedroom #2
The bedroom is mid level with two twin beds with cozy quilts and large windows that overlook the brook below the house.
Outdoor Living Areas
Our home has three decks. Top deck is off the living area and has an outdoor table and 4 chairs. A wonderful place to sit and listen to the babbling brook just below the house.Mid level deck is off master suite/ daybed room. It has adirondack chairs and is a private spot to enjoy a good book or just listen to the sounds of nature.Front deck is part of the entrance to the home. We also have an outdoor park style charcoal barbecue grillLower level has private outdoor hot tub that seats 6 and features a waterfall feature. Pure Luxury any time of year!
Parking
Easy access just off the street and parking for 3-4 cars
Bedroom #4
This bedroom is on the bottom level of the home. It has a queen size bed and nearby bath with shower.
